For example, our application is hosted on Firebase, and we use Firebase Authentication and Firestore.

  • Anonymized or Aggregated Data: We will not sell your personally identifiable information. We retain your personal information as long as your account is active. When you choose to delete your account via the settings page, we perform the following actions to protect your privacy while maintaining a necessary audit trail:

  • Deletion of Personal Content: All of your personally generated content is permanently deleted from our primary application databases. This includes your goals, energy logs, journal entries, custom templates, coaching connections, and any images you have uploaded.
  • Anonymization of Your Account: Your main account record is anonymized. We remove directly identifying information, including your name and email address.
  • Retention of Audit Data: For legal and security purposes, we retain a non-identifiable, anonymized record linked to your original user ID. This record includes the account creation date, the deletion date, and a count of your logins. This information cannot be used to identify you personally but serves as a record of the account's existence and lifecycle.

6. Your Rights Regarding Your Information

Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete your data. You can manage your account information and request deletion through your settings within the Service. For other requests, please contact us.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
